As of 29th August, new tariff measures have come into effect for all U.S. customers.
This optional service allows you to pre-pay your U.S. import tariff when ordering items shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (transferring to USPS) — helping you avoid postal delays and unexpected customs invoices.

💼 How It Works
1. Place your order as normal.
2. Send me a quick message to confirm you’d like to pre-pay your tariff through me.
3. I’ll run your order details through the Royal Mail international customs system to generate your personalised tariff quote.
4. I’ll update this listing with your individual tariff amount.
5. Once you’ve paid here, I’ll finalise your shipping label and dispatch your order.

It’s a simple, stress-free way to handle customs payments upfront — ensuring your order clears smoothly through U.S. customs without surprise fees or delays.

📦 What the Price Covers
• 10% tariff charge (based on your order value)
• £0.50 Royal Mail service fee
• Shopify processing and payment fees

In total, your tariff payment will be around 12% of your order value.

I also offer Evri international shipping, who will contact you providing a direct payment portal for tariffs and import duties. This option allows you to pay your tariff directly through Evri, helping you avoid Etsy’s service fees and reduce overall costs.

So you have two flexible choices — pre-pay via Shopify for convenience, or choose Evri’s direct portal to manage your own customs payment. Either way, your parcel will be prepared with care and transparency every step of the way.
