 I uphold a strict policy against rude, abusive, aggressive, threatening, intimidating, and stalking behavior. Any individual who engages in such behavior towards anyone associated with my store, including myself and my family, will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities. Additionally, all communication with the offending party will be terminated and reported to Etsy for further action. Please note that if you have an outstanding order that has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued. For orders that are already in the shipping process, a refund will only be issued upon the return of the item in accordance with our refund policy. Refusal to return the item will result in the forfeiture of any refund or discount.

I believe that effective communication and basic human decency are essential. While I understand that everyone has bad days or personal challenges, it is important to remember that our actions can impact others. Please refrain from directing frustrations or negative attitudes towards me, as it is neither deserved nor tolerated. I am always here to listen and have a constructive conversation about any concerns or issues you may have. However, I cannot read minds, so open and honest communication is key. By being honest with me, I can provide accurate advice, information, and exceptional customer service. Conversely, if misinformation is provided, it hinders my ability to assist effectively. I value honesty and find dishonesty insulting. In the case of accidents or mistakes, please inform me, as I am willing to help find a solution. Low star ratings do not intimidate me; they are a part of the job. I will respond honestly and directly to any feedback. However, please understand that I cannot accept blame for accidents or lies, as it goes against our abuse policy mentioned above.

Regarding custom orders, please note that payment upfront is required unless we have previously agreed upon alternative arrangements. For items such as cords, they are made once ordered.

If you send me an item for refurbishment, please ensure that the refurbishment fees are paid within 7 days of my receipt of the item. Failing to do so is considered rude and unfair, as it occupies space in my studio for an extended period. Refurbishments without payment for return shipping and the job itself will result in the item not being returned to you. After being in my possession for over 4 months without explanation or payment, the item will be listed for general sale in my store to recoup the refurbishment costs.

When sending messages, please provide clear details and avoid sending generic messages such as "hey" or "how much is shipping?". Clear communication is crucial for efficient assistance, and I appreciate your efforts to be specific in your inquiries. If you have difficulty with the English language, Etsy provides a reliable translation system. Messages consisting only of "hey" will be automatically directed to my spam folder, as they lack substantive content.

Additionally, using demanding or abrupt language such as "Hello? Shipping?" is considered impolite in British culture. To foster a positive and efficient conversation, I recommend engaging in polite and respectful communication. Polite customers will receive priority over rude ones.

If you frequently ask questions without making a purchase, I understand that circumstances can change or decisions can be challenging. However, please be mindful that responding to these messages takes time away from my daily tasks. Repeated inquiries without following through may result in a cessation of replies. This is done to allocate my time effectively, and it is not personal but rather a business decision.

Lastly, I strongly advise against wearing jewelry to bed. It poses a significant choking hazard and can cause injury. Please be aware that any breakages or injuries resulting from wearing jewelry during sleep are the responsibility of the customer, and I cannot be held
