Shipping policy

I offer shipping services using Royal Mail for both standard and tracked services within the UK. For international orders, I use tracked services exclusively. Currently, I ship to the following countries: the UK, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. Please note that for hoodies and T-shirts ordered through TeeMill, a separate courier service is used, and they have their own pricing structure.

Please be aware that I do not currently handle tax, customs, and duties on my end through this store. While I may consider offering this service in the future, it is currently not feasible. Therefore, if your country requires the payment of duties, taxes, or customs fees, it will be your responsibility to settle these charges. I cannot refund any duties, taxes, or customs fees on returned items.

Smaller items will be shipped in pip boxes as large letters, except for shipments to the USA, which will be classified as small parcels. Posters or prints larger than A4 size will be shipped in tube parcels, while home ware items larger than pip size will be shipped as small to large parcels.

For TeeMill orders, shipments will be sent in recycled paper envelope/parcel bags as parcels.
