A handmade iroko pendulum board featuring a layered geometric design, combining natural timber with a practical layout for pendulum work, reflection and personal spiritual practice.
The central design brings together multiple geometric forms into a balanced, repeating composition. Circles, lines, symmetry and interlocking patterns create a visually focused centre without tying the board to one particular spiritual tradition.
Around the design is an A–Z alphabet and 0–10 number sequence, with Yes, No, Maybe and Rephrase positioned in the corners. These provide a simple starting point for asking questions while leaving room for you to develop your own way of interpreting and working with the board.
A small incense-stick hole has been drilled into the board, allowing it to be incorporated into meditation or ritual practice when appropriate.
A braided jute cord is fitted through a drilled hole, allowing the board to be hung safely out of the way when not in use or attached to a carabiner for carrying while travelling, hiking or camping.
Iroko Wood
Iroko is a naturally durable hardwood from tropical Africa, valued for its strength, stability and distinctive grain. Its colouring can range from golden brown through to deeper brown tones, with the grain often developing an attractive character as the timber ages.
Each piece of natural wood is different, so variations in colour, grain, markings and texture are expected and form part of the character of the finished board.
