Any wooden sections, toggles, or beads will receive a complimentary beeswax and vitamin E conditioning treatment to help nourish the wood, ease dryness, and reduce future cracking or warping.

Clients must send items using a tracked and insured service that covers the full value of the pendant.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged and not loose within the parcel.
